My name is Carla, I live in Lisbon, and I have always been passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and a Diploma in Counselling, I bring both knowledge and understanding to support you in your journey toward well-being.
Having previously lived in England and Zimbabwe, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing a variety of cultures and settings. I have also had the opportunity to work directly with children with special needs, in private office settings and fast-paced corporate environments. My travels and diverse work experience have given me first-hand insight into the pressures and struggles that can impact mental health and daily life. These experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding of how transitions, whether personal or professional, can affect us.
